The building located at number 42 Carrer de La Cruz is worth a visit due to its architectural interest and houses one of Torremolinos' municipal libraries.

This library has several rooms for reading, study area, Wi-Fi and computers available to citizens who need them.

The Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center is located in a building with almost a century of history and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1990 in the town of Torremolinos (Malaga).

Also known as the Old College of Railway Orphans, it is a building built in 1935 by the architect Francisco Alonso Martos, following the progressive ideals prevailing during the Second Republic in Spain.

The Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center is the epicenter of art in all its cultural disciplines in Torremolinos. It hosts all kinds of activities and cultural events.

It has an assembly hall, two movie theaters for all kinds of screenings, another for yoga and a more dedicated and equipped for children's activities.

The premises of the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural House are used to organize all kinds of cultural events and exhibitions of photography, painting, sculpture and other techniques. In addition, inside, it houses the Elena Laverón exhibition hall.

Currently the library hours are as follows:

- Room 1: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Room 2: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center car park will be available from 9:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Saturdays.
